This site was created as a marketing tool for the
2007 U.S Pastry Chef of the Year.

Subsequently, Team Dadzie and PastryMen
were developed for upcoming competitions.

The current site was updated from the original design, primarily intended to market
the Pastry Chef's cake business, Everlasting Impressions.

MMM created the concept, layout, logo, site text, digital photography, image retouching,
and some HTML coding.
